Coopérative d’habitation de l’Avenir (Pierrefonds)
2003-2005 This housing cooperative includes 54 units on two contiguous suburban lots. The project emphasizes apartments on two floors for large families, and aims to provide ample natural lighting in all the units. These buildings were among the first multiresidential buildings to be certified Novoclimat for their energy efficiency.
